Our growing portfolio of 'off-the-shelf' SCORM courses includes certificated health and safety e-learning, staff induction e-learning and Financial Services topic training all of which can be tailored to meet specific requirements. We also develop bespoke e-learning for clients seeking custom training involving topics such as corporate manslaughter / homicide, age and diversity at work, employment law, british sign language, quality assurance, sales and customer service techniques and many more.

RS CourseBuilder REALSENSE develops high quality interactive learning - combining rich media content with proven computer based training (CBT) methodologies - all of which can be authored, managed and delivered using CourseBuilder, REALSENSE's own E-Learning authoring tool.

Our learning media comprises of industry standard online media and video streaming formats - compatible with industry standard authoring and learning delivery platforms.

REALSENSE delivers learning solutions via Learning Management Systems (LMS), internet, intranet, CD-ROM, DVD. Some of our learning content is now deliverable for mobile device (M-Learning) including Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) and Smartphone.

Standards and qualifications

As well as addressing internet (W3C) and acessibility standards (WAI), we aim to maximise the learning opportunity by considering recognised topic standards and qualifications when producing new courses. Our e-learning is designed to 'plug and play' with industry's leading learning management systems using the recognised SCORM standard.

Qualifications and benchmarks

Where appropriate, we encourage client's to consider benchmarking solutions with recognised topic standards. For example, as well as continuing personal / professional development (CPD) certification, we consider ITQ standards (the new NVQ for IT users), benchmarking to the National Occupation Standards (NOS). Another example is our Working Safely course which complies with recognised health and safety standards - the course certified by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Complying with curriculum standards enables learners to achieve recognised levels of knowledge, skill and expertise through assessment, certification and qualification.

SCORM E-Learning Standards

Integrating e-Learning with a client's platform could often take days and weeks (sometimes months) unless built specifically for that platform. It could also be time consuming, costly and prohibitive when modifying learning and building custom adapters.

The introduction of SCORM (Shareable Content Object Reference Model), published through the Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) project, is now the recognised industry standard for e-learning delivery. These standards have resulted in huge cost and time saving benefits for organisations worldwide.

All our courses conform to SCORM / AICC E-Learning standards ensuring interoperability, accessibility and re-usability of online content. This means our compatible courses can be easily packaged and integrated with SCORM Learning Management Systems.
