We have recently added the capability of converting common client training materials (usually raw files such as pdf, video clips, powerpoint presentation slides and word documents) into usable e-learning. This simple conversion helps maximise our clients' existing resources - provides a good foundation for us to then transform and evolve the material into meaningful and memorable learning - using rich media and good quality learning activities. Instructional Design and Storyboarding

Good training course design is key to successful learning. Whatever the quality of your existing training and learning materials, our instructional designers can work with your subject matter experts and training managers to:

• create structured learning plans that address gaps in staff knowledge and skills

• design practical exercises that enable the practise of new behaviours

• explore blended learning - multilple methods of learning e.g. use of multiple learning resource types, forums, quizzes, tests and formal assessment processes, monitoring results to improve training and overall performance

• use feedback to help improve the quality of the learning process
