RS Financial Services Gap Analysis Tool

The Financial Services clients use our Gap Analysis software to perform swift analysis of their workforce and independent financial advisers (IFAs).

The results of each test show the 'Gap' in knowledge, highlighted in the form of a simple report. The solution is straightforward; users give themselves a period of time to study any weak areas shown in their results and when ready, can perform a new test and review progress.

By making comparisons between tests, we are able to demonstrate the closing of the knowledge 'Gap'.  It is often considered good practice to repeat the process, reducing the 'Gap' further. Tests can be retained as proof of diligence.

The benefits are:

identify a 'Gap' in generic Financial Services Knowledge

provide "REMEDIAL ACTION" on that 'Gap'

provide a "REMEDIAL TEST" on the areas identified

provide a report on all of the above to evidence that learning has taken place

enable an update on the current Budget to be tested

update changes to legislation and its impact on FS Advice

update market knowledge on new products and features in the FS marketplace

update changes in FSA Regulation and the impact of the provision of advice

provide a method of assessment that learning has reached the standards you have set all in a cost effective manner.
