Our core team has been involved in the design and development of some of the most exciting and innovative interactive applications in the world and remains totally dedicated to providing successful solutions in a completely professional and friendly manner.

The majority of RealSENSE staff and associated consultants are graduates, with qualifications including PhD, MSc, MEd, MA and numerous BSc, BEng and BA degrees; with professional membership including the British Computer Society, Institute of Mechanical Engineers and the Institute of Personnel and Development. Coupled with this wealth of experience, we collaborate with a number of key technology and market partners in order to maintain our innovative vision enabling us to creatively select and apply the appropriate technology to our customers' business needs. The core team consists of:

Managing Director	BSc. Hons, (Managing Director) was Virtual Reality (VR) Manager at VEGA Group Plc. from 1998 to 2000, and was Multimedia Development Manager at CBL Technology Ltd., Derby from 1993 to 1998. Having initially researched the use of VR for training purposes, Russell initiated a VR team to produce solutions for the commerce and defence industry. During his period as Manager of the VR business at VEGA, the team grew annually establishing itself at the forefront of VR application development for the desktop PC. Having worked on high profile projects for BT,  Cellnet, Hewlett Packard, Hornby, the MoD, NASA and Rolls Royce, Russell left VEGA Group in 2000 to concentrate on establishing RealSENSE as the UK's leading supplier of bespoke interactive software solutions.
Technical Director	BSc. Hons (Technical Director) was Senior Programming Consultant at VEGA Group Plc. from 1998 to 2000, Senior Programmer at CBL Technology Ltd., Derby from 1997 to 1998 and Development Consultant at Royal Sun Alliance from 1995 to 1997. With a wealth of experience in 3D Games programming, C. C++ and MFC Windows Application programming, Chris has been involved in the design and development of some of the most exciting and interactive CD-Rom titles to hit the PC market including Interior Design, Garden Design and Hobby products for the ever popular Groundforce Team. Chris played an important key role in the design, development and integration of the ground breaking Expocentric on-line exhibition system in collaboration with Oracle, Superscape, Blaxxun and Cisco.
Media Director	(Media Director) was Consultant at VEGA Group Plc. from 1998 to 2000 playing an important role in the production of Rolls Royce Computer Based Training and Computer Aided Instruction materials. Richard joined RealSENSE in 2000 and was responsible for many of the exciting real-time 3D models in the highly successful LEGO Creator Harry Potter CD-Rom.
Senior Sales Consultant	BA (Senior Sales Consultant) has managed customer accounts for over 250 educational institutions and works in an advisory capacity for RealSENSE.
Non-Executive  Director	(Non-Executive Director) was founder and Managing Director of CBL Technology Ltd. from 1989 to 1999 evolving the business into the UK's largest and most successful developer of bespoke Computer Based Training. Having initiated and lead the successful CALGroup Project (a government funded TLTP Programme for University Engineering Students), Mike expanded CBL into commercial training producing solutions for large blue chip organisations and then further into the defence market winning the contract to provide all the Computer Based Training for the Lockheed Hercules C130J aircraft. With a responsibility for the delivery of many hundreds of hours of highly successful Computer Based Training material, Mike joined RealSENSE in 2002 as Non-Executive Director overseeing the USA operation.
